AI Agent Factory Solution Architect

We are seeking an AI Agent Factory Solution Architect to lead the architecture, governance, and deployment of agentic AI solutions and custom copilots for enterprise-scale digital transformations. This role sits at the intersection of Generative AI, Power Platform ALM, and enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities: Copilot Studio Development: Design and configure custom copilots, topics, tools, and knowledge sources to meet enterprise requirements. Agentic Orchestration: Apply advanced orchestration patterns including task decomposition, multi-step flows, and fallback/error handling using Power Automate. ALM & Governance: Package copilots into Solutions across dev/test/prod environments using Azure DevOps/GitHub CI/CD and manage Dataverse dependencies. Enterprise Integration & RAG: Connect AI agents with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Dynamics) and design hybrid/vector retrieval pipelines via Azure AI Search. Required Qualifications: Experience: 12–20 years in IT/Software with deep focus on the Microsoft Azure and Power Platform ecosystems. Core Technical Stack: Strong hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI Search (RAG), and Dataverse. Governance Mindset: Expert in Power Platform ALM, DLP policies, and Azure security/compliance. Languages: Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English required for cross-functional and global stakeholder management. Location: Based in Japan (nationwide recruitment with Tokyo office).
