Chairman Emeritus

We are conducting a confidential search for an accomplished senior executive to serve as Chairman Emeritus for an international organization with interests across hospitality, accommodation, food production, and beverage.

The Chairman Emeritus will provide strategic counsel to the Board of Directors and senior leadership, supporting long-term value creation, governance effectiveness, leadership continuity, and strategic development.

This is an advisory board-level appointment and does not involve day-to-day executive management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent strategic advice to the Board and executive leadership.
• Advise on long-term growth, transformation, and corporate strategy.
• Support board governance, risk oversight, and succession planning.
• Provide counsel on major investments, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
• Contribute experience and perspective on international business development.
• Support stakeholder and strategic-partner engagement where appropriate.
• Participate in selected Board meetings and strategic discussions.
• Help strengthen institutional continuity and governance effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an established senior business leader with significant experience in one or more of the following:

• Chairman, Vice Chairman, CEO, President, COO, CFO, or Managing Director roles
• Board Director or Non-Executive Director positions
• Investment banking, private equity, asset management, or capital markets
• Hospitality, real estate, consumer, food & beverage, or international business
• Corporate governance, enterprise risk, or strategic transformation
• M&A, corporate finance, investment strategy, or international expansion

Candidates with 15+ years of senior leadership experience and a demonstrated history of board-level strategic contribution are particularly encouraged to express interest.
