About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our boutique IT and executive recruitment agency into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate has built or scaled a recruitment or staffing business, understands both the agency and client sides of talent acquisition, and can balance P&L ownership with hands-on leadership of a lean team.

Responsibilities:

Own overall business strategy, revenue targets, and P&L for the agency
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and account managers
Build and maintain relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients across Europe
Drive expansion into new verticals (e.g., IT, fintech, executive search)
Oversee agency operations, including budgeting, hiring, and vendor relationships
Represent the company at industry events and in client-facing negotiations
Partner with marketing and product teams to align recruitment services with market demand

Requirements:

10+ years in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record scaling agency revenue and headcount
Strong network across IT, tech, or executive search markets
Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams
Excellent communication skills in English (Ukrainian a plus)
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
