Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will go beyond traditional accounting; you will be a strategic partner to the CEO, providing the financial insights and operational discipline necessary to drive sustainable growth, optimize our SaaS metrics, and lead future capital raises or exit events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Fundraising
Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term strategic planning, business modeling, and capital allocation.
Lead future fundraising rounds (equity/debt) and manage relationships with venture capital/private equity investors.
Evaluate and execute M&A opportunities, including due diligence and post-merger integration.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Develop and oversee robust financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
Translate complex data into actionable insights to drive unit economics (CAC, LTV, Churn, and Net Retention).
Implement real-time dashboarding to track KPIs against company goals.
3. Operations & Compliance
Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
Manage tax strategies, treasury, and risk management functions.
Prepare the company for potential IPO readiness or audit requirements by institutionalizing world-class internal controls.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 3 years in a CFO or VP Finance role within the technology/SaaS sector.
Scale: Proven track record of scaling a company from [Current Revenue] to [Target Revenue].
Fundraising: Direct experience leading successful Series C+ funding rounds or an IPO/Exit.
Tech Savvy: Deep familiarity with modern "FinTech stack" tools (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, Mosaic).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
