This role is designed for a detail-oriented, technically-grounded professional who can transform complex datasets into actionable insights. You will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy, delivering analytics solutions that drive decision-making and operational excellence across Unilever's global operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Data Analytics & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
· Data Engineering: Build and optimize ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure reliable, scalable data flows.
· Data Modeling: Develop dimensional data models and semantic layers that enable self-service BI and reduce reliance on manual reporting.
· KPI Reporting: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators that drive business decisions and process optimization.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that drive decision-making.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, streamline data workflows, and enhance analytics capabilities.
· Data Quality: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems and dashboards.
· Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

· Experience: 3+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
· Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
· Data Visualization: Strong ability to design interactive dashboards that communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
· Data Modeling: Experience with dimensional data modeling and ETL processes.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
· Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability, with a passion for driving data-driven decision-making.

· Experience in consumer goods, retail, or FMCG industries.
