These tools help the hiring team review applications; a person at MindHunt Agency makes every decision about your application.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible employment contract and MindHunt Agency’s legitimate interest in recruiting (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). Keeping your details in the talent pool for future openings is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else receives it
The hiring team at MindHunt Agency. MindHunt AI and the service providers it uses to run the product (hosting, email delivery and AI processing) process it on MindHunt Agency’s behalf. Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Your data is not sold.
How long it is kept
For as long as MindHunt Agency needs it to complete the hiring process for this role. If you agree to join MindHunt Agency’s talent pool, your details are kept so MindHunt Agency can contact you about future openings, until you withdraw your consent or ask for them to be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask MindHunt Agency for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or for a copy of it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, reply to any email you receive from MindHunt Agency about your application, or contact MindHunt AI through mindhuntai.com/contact and the request will be passed on.
