Executive Assistant – Office of the Chief Revenue Officer

Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports to:
Chief Revenue Officer
Experience:
2–5 years

Role Purpose

This is an executive-office role combining business analysis, commercial insight and disciplined execution.

Working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer, the individual will help bring structure and insight to revenue performance, prepare the CRO for key decisions, coordinate priorities across functions and ensure that agreed actions are carried through.

This is not a conventional administrative EA position. It requires someone comfortable working with numbers, business issues and senior stakeholders while maintaining the precision and discretion expected of a senior executive office.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Commercial Analysis

  • Analyse revenue, sales performance, pipeline, conversion, pricing, inventory and sales velocity.
  • Track performance by project, product, market and channel and identify significant trends, exceptions and opportunities.
  • Support revenue forecasting, business planning and performance reviews.
  • Undertake project and commercial analysis including cash flows, DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity and scenario analysis where required.
  • Monitor competitor launches, pricing, product positioning, market activity and customer trends.
  • Build concise dashboards that allow the CRO to quickly understand what is performing, what is changing and where intervention is required.

Decision Support

  • Convert data and business information into clear executive insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations and decision papers ahead of important meetings.
  • Bring together inputs from Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Development and other functions to provide the CRO with a complete view of an issue.
  • Use data, technology and AI tools to improve analysis, reporting and executive productivity.

CRO Office & Execution

  • Maintain a clear view of the CRO’s priorities, commitments and critical deadlines.
  • Attend selected meetings, capture decisions, establish ownership and track actions to closure.
  • Follow up across functions and stakeholders on behalf of the CRO.
  • Manage the CRO’s calendar, meetings, correspondence and travel with accuracy and discretion.
  • Anticipate information and preparation required ahead of important decisions and meetings.
  • Handle sensitive commercial and organisational information with absolute confidentiality.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
  • Additional finance credentials such as an MBA in Finance, CFA programme, real-estate finance/valuation qualification or equivalent would be a strong advantage.
  • Evidence of a deliberate move from technical engineering towards finance, analytics, commercial decision-making, investment or real estate would be particularly relevant.

Preferred Industry Exposure

Candidates could come from:

  • Leading real-estate developers in commercial, strategy, revenue, finance or CEO/CXO office roles.
  • Real-estate advisory firms such as JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Savills or similar.
  • Big Four real-estate, transactions, valuation or deals advisory teams.
  • Real-estate investment, private equity, private credit or investment-banking platforms.
  • Banks/NBFCs with exposure to real-estate finance, project finance, credit or investment analysis.
  • Valuation, feasibility, market intelligence or real-estate consulting businesses.

Skills

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Sound understanding of financial and commercial concepts.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Financial modelling and valuation capability.
  • Power BI or similar data-visualisation capability.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of information and identify what actually matters.
  • Excellent written communication and ability to reduce complexity into a concise executive brief.
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-through.
  • Confident working across senior stakeholders.
  • High integrity, discretion and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable adopting AI and emerging technology as productivity and analytical tools.
