Position Overview

We're building the operational infrastructure for DAOs, starting with internal treasury management, automated contributor payments, and gas‑free transaction execution. This isn't theoretical DeFi tooling; it's real infrastructure for real organizations.

We're looking for a Blockchain Developer who cares about clean architecture, secure contract design, and systems that actually get used by teams. You'll design and deploy smart contracts that handle payroll, multi‑sig execution, and gas abstraction, making blockchain interactions invisible to end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Smart Contract Development:

  Design, test, and deploy production‑ready smart contracts on EVM chains (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) with a focus on treasury automation, account abstraction, and batched executions.

• Gas Abstraction & Account Infrastructure:

  Build and maintain internal wallet systems that allow users to pay gas in ERC20 tokens, specifically wrapped native assets without friction. Implement arbitrary nonce ordering for parallel transaction execution.

• Integration with Internal Tooling:

  Work closely with the operations team to translate real‑world needs (payroll, reimbursements, access control) into smart contract logic. Bridge blockchain systems with backend services and simple internal dashboards.

• Security & Efficiency:

  Prioritize gas optimization, audit readiness, and secure contract patterns. Keep contracts lean and focused, no over‑engineering.
