Position Summary

We are seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join our Bellevue office. This role works closely with engineers, distributors, architects, manufacturer representatives, contractors, and internal production teams to support project design, pricing, submittals, and customer communication.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with technical drawings, and able to communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Engineer will be trained to perform the following duties:

• Review mechanical HVAC drawings, schedules, specifications, and project applications.

• Work with engineers, clients, contractors, and sales managers throughout different stages of commercial and industrial building projects.

• Prepare project quotations and submittal packages.

• Work closely with the manufacturing team on project requirements, design details, order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

• Provide production support to ensure products are completed accurately and in accordance with project drawings and specifications. 

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications.

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, technical support, or a related field preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in HVAC, mechanical systems, construction, or related industries.

• Associate degree in engineering or equivalent technical background.

Compensation

• Base salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year

• Bonus eligibility based on company policy and performance.
