$80 - $100 hourly - 1099 Contractors

    $100 hourly in Corcoran, Ione or Susanville

    $87 hourly in Crescent City or Avenal

    $80 hourly in Chowchilla or Represa

• 6 month – one year contracts that WILL extend
• FULL TIME and PART TIME available!!
• This is an ONSITE position (NOT TELEHEALTH)
• Bi-Weekly pay on 1099

Responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments and summarize case information for use in diagnosis, treatment, and release
Developing, monitoring, and modifying treatment plans as necessary
Documenting and evaluating treatment progress

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST HAVE current California LCSW license
• MUST HAVE current BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• Master's Degree in Social Work
• An empathic understanding of individuals with mental, developmental, or physical disabilities
