The Sterling Group offers full-time positions with W2 benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, 401k with matching, and training reimbursement. Therapists are compensated based on billable hours and admin time, with a full-time position (25+ weekly sessions) earning more than $100,000 per year. We are looking for full-time therapists offer the flexibility to create your schedule and work with the clients you want to see.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
• Active clinical license (LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LGPC, LGSW, LMHC or equivalent) in Washington, DC
• Licensure in additional states (VA, MD) preferred
• Availability for a minimum of 25 client sessions per week, with a minimum of 4 days per week on-site at our DC office
• Desire to work as part of a collaborative, supportive team
• 1+ years experience in private practice setting and/or providing individual therapy to young adults strongly preferred
• Does not own a private private

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to young adults
• Maintain a minimum of 25 weekly sessions
• Complete timely documentation and maintain schedule in practice's EHR
• Coordinate care with clients' other providers as needed
• Participate in weekly individual supervision and monthly group consultations
