Property Manager/ Lettings Negotiator/Lettings Progressor

Must be dealing with residential lettings NOT BLOCK MANAGEMENT
The key things to look out for are: dealing with landlords & tenants, arranging repairs, gas safety checks, arranging tenancy agreement paperwork, managing a portfolio of residential properties, conducting property inspections

This company are happy with 1+ years experience within the last 3 years in this role of a Property Manager at the very least

Must live within 10 miles of Enfield, Ideally closer – max 40 mins in rush hour traffic – check the journey to arrive by 9:30am on google maps their location to Enfield Town – don’t only check the miles – check the location and journey time and change the arrival time on googlemaps to 9:30 to give you an accurate journey time

We prefer candidates who live closer to Hertfordshire way rather than Central London, if they live in Hackney for example – they may as well work in central London for twice the salary

Salary is 35k absolute maximum

They must DRIVE AND HAVE OWN CAR

No job hoppers – anyone who has had more than 3 roles in 5 years are not desirable
