Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing People team. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization, ensuring an outstanding experience for every candidate and hiring manager.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from opening to offer acceptance for assigned roles (e.g., Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation).

Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract passive and active candidates using diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, etc.).

Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidates have a positive, respectful, and engaging experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, refine job descriptions, and advise on market trends and candidate pipelines.

ATS Management: Maintain accurate and timely data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track progress and generate reports.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting

Proven ability to source candidates for challenging or niche roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
