ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Director, HRBP — India will act as a senior strategic partner to business and functional leadership across the region, with full strategic responsibility for translating enterprise and business-unit objectives into practical, scalable people strategies. Key objectives include:
• Partnering with senior executives to translate business objectives into high-impact people strategies
• Developing and executing integrated HR frameworks that support aggressive organizational growth and ongoing transformation
• Strengthening executive leadership capability and building robust succession pipelines for critical roles
• Driving strategic workforce planning and organizational design to align operational structures with long-term strategy
• Leading major change management initiatives and fostering a high-performance, inclusive organizational culture
• Leveraging advanced people analytics to inform data-driven executive decision-making
STRATEGIC PRIORITIES (FIRST 12–36 MONTHS)
First 12 Months:
• Establish deep, credible trust relationships with senior business leaders and functional heads
• Conduct comprehensive assessment of existing talent management, HRBP, workforce design, and leadership practices across India
• Identify critical capability gaps and establish actionable workforce priorities for the India region
12–24 Months:
• Strengthen executive succession planning and accelerate high-potential leadership development pipelines
• Drive organizational design interventions to enhance overall workforce productivity and operational efficiency
• Embed data-driven decision-making and people analytics into executive management reviews
24–36 Months:
• Build a highly integrated, sustainable strategic HR operating model aligned with global growth initiatives
• Position the HRBP organization as an indispensable commercial partner to executive leadership
• Establish scalable people frameworks that facilitate seamlessly managed business expansion

LOCATION & TRAVEL
Primary Executive Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Work Arrangement: Executive hybrid / flexible arrangement (to be finalized during confidential discussions)
Travel Expectations: Periodic domestic travel within India and international travel for regional executive alignment, strategic leadership offsites, and key organizational initiatives as required
