🎯 Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in backend or data engineering

• Strong experience with Java or Scala + Go

• Hands-on experience with streaming platforms (Flink, Spark, Kafka)

• Production experience with Kubernetes & containerized services

• Solid knowledge of AWS / GCP / OCI

• Experience with CI/CD, observability (Prometheus/Grafana), distributed systems

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in AdTech or a related domain — mandatory
