Senior Python AI Software Engineer

We are looking for a Python-focused AI Software Engineer to bridge the gap between experimental machine learning and scalable production software. You will not only build AI models but also define the platform interfaces (APIs/SDKs) that allow our entire engineering organization to integrate AI capabilities into their workflows with minimal friction.

Key Responsibilities

Architect AI Services: Design and deploy scalable microservices in Python (FastAPI/Flask) that serve high-performance AI models (Whisper, GPT-4/5, Llama 3).

Define Platform Interfaces: Create intuitive Internal SDKs and REST/gRPC APIs to make AI adoption "self-service" for other product teams.

Optimize RAG Pipelines: Build and maintain vector database architectures (Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate) to enhance model context and accuracy.

MLOps & Deployment: Use Docker and Kubernetes to containerize models and manage the CI/CD lifecycle for AI assets.

Guardrails & Evaluation: Implement automated testing for model "hallucinations" and ensure ethical AI safety controls are integrated into the code.

Technical Requirements

Language Mastery: Expert-level Python (AsyncIO, Type Hinting, Pydantic).

AI Frameworks: Deep experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, and orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

API Design: Proven track record of building clean, versioned APIs that other developers love to use.

Data Science Stack: Proficiency with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn for data preprocessing and feature engineering.

Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AI tools on AWS (SageMaker), Azure (AI Services), or GCP (Vertex AI).
