Servicenow Business analyst

1. 5–8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
2. Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules.
3. Good understanding of HR and IT service management processes.
4. Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow HRSD and/or ITSM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and framework.
• Exposure to integrations and APIs is a plus.
• Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow implementations preferred.
