Position Overview

We are seeking an Infrastructure Developer with strong database knowledge to serve as a key technical liaison between teams in Japan and the United States. This role is less focused on hands-on development and more centered on coordination, communication, and ensuring alignment across international teams.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with excellent cross-cultural communication skills and has experience in highly technical industries such as aeronautics.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Japan-based and U.S.-based technical teams
• Facilitate clear communication of technical requirements, system updates, and project progress
• Support infrastructure and database-related discussions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Translate business and technical needs between teams (both linguistically and culturally)
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure or database-related issues
• Participate in system planning, documentation, and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)
• Solid understanding of database systems and infrastructure concepts
• Experience working in a technical or engineering environment
• Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to relocate to Japan
