UX UI Designer

This UX UI Designer role is ideal for a designer passionate about crafting intuitive digital experiences and working closely with creative and development teams in a hybrid setting. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design user-centered UX/UI for websites, platforms, and product features based on project requirements • Create clear wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively • Build, organize, and maintain components and design systems for consistent and efficient team usage • Ensure all designs are fully responsive and optimized across devices and screen sizes • Collaborate closely with creative and development teams to deliver high-quality design outcomes REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 1 year of experience in UX/UI design • Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout and responsive design practices • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and collaborate effectively with the team • Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent or time-sensitive tasks • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly with stakeholders OFFER: • Hybrid working model with one work-from-home day per week • Friendly, collaborative, and supportive work environment • Group health insurance coverage • Annual leave entitlement • Performance-based bonus opportunities • Fixed monthly payment under Service Agreement or Self-employment arrangement
