Virtual Recruiting Assistant

We’re looking for a Virtual Recruiting Assistant to support our growing hiring operations.

This role is focused on candidate sourcing, communication, and coordination, helping us connect with qualified talent efficiently.

You’ll be working with a structured process, clear guidelines, and ongoing support from our internal team.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates through variable job platforms

• Review resumes and identify candidates that match role requirements

• Send initial outreach messages using provided templates

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers

• Track candidate progress in Google Sheets or internal tools

• Follow a clear workflow for sourcing, screening, and updates

• Provide feedback to improve sourcing quality over time

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or virtual assistance (preferred, not required)

• Clear and professional English communication (written + basic verbal)

• Familiarity with job platforms and hiring workflows

• Ability to follow structured instructions and stay organized

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Basic experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-based job sourcing or automation tools

• Understanding of technical roles (e.g., web, backend, full-stack)

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
