Sdegelia is responsible for your application data (the data controller). MindHunt AI (PE Lobariev Vadym, Ukraine) provides this job page and the hiring software Sdegelia uses, and handles your data only on Sdegelia’s behalf and instructions (the data processor).

What you give in the application form: your name, email address, phone number, location, LinkedIn profile, CV, cover letter and your answers to the application questions.
Why it is used
To consider your application for this role, to contact you about it and to keep a record of the hiring process. Sdegelia may use AI-assisted tools to summarise applications and compare them with the job’s requirements. These tools help the hiring team review applications; a person at Sdegelia makes every decision about your application.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible employment contract and Sdegelia’s legitimate interest in recruiting (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). Keeping your details in the talent pool for future openings is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else receives it
The hiring team at Sdegelia. MindHunt AI and the service providers it uses to run the product (hosting, email delivery and AI processing) process it on Sdegelia’s behalf. Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Your data is not sold.
How long it is kept
For as long as Sdegelia needs it to complete the hiring process for this role. If you agree to join Sdegelia’s talent pool, your details are kept so Sdegelia can contact you about future openings, until you withdraw your consent or ask for them to be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask Sdegelia for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or for a copy of it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, reply to any email you receive from Sdegelia about your application, or contact MindHunt AI through mindhuntai.com/contact and the request will be passed on. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
