Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber corporate leader to join our organization as a Board Advisor. In this non-operational role, you will act as a strategic sounding board for executive leadership and the Board of Directors, leveraging your deep industry expertise to guide our long-term growth. Unlike traditional directors, a Board Advisor provides high-level counsel, industry insights, and critical feedback without holding formal fiduciary duties, voting rights, or corporate legal liabilities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling businesses, navigating market shifts, and providing visionary mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
Provide objective, specialized guidance to executive leadership on long-term strategy, market positioning, financial planning, and operational scaling.
Analyze macroeconomic factors, US market conditions, and industry trends to help executives identify emerging growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Attend scheduled advisory sessions and review executive briefs, performance metrics, and strategic materials prior to meetings.
Act as a strategic connector by opening doors to potential clients, institutional investors, corporate partners, and high-level industry talent.
Mentor executive team members, offering independent, real-world perspectives to improve corporate decision-making confidence.
Collaborate with the primary Board of Directors to support corporate governance readiness and organizational excellence.
