About The Belle Amoura Retreat

The Belle Amoura Retreat is an independent travel curation house headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, serving travellers worldwide. We believe luxury is how considered a journey feels. We begin by listening, to what a client is celebrating, what helps them unwind and what they have always dreamed of seeing, and we curate private cliffside villas, overwater lagoon pavilions, wilderness safari lodges, cultural ateliers and private aviation with transparency, discretion and care.

Our clients range from couples, honeymooners and families to executives, professionals and discreet private clients, with journeys from the Maldives and Spain to the Maasai Mara, Dubai, Amalfi, Kyoto and beyond.

The Role

As a Luxury Travel Consultant you are the client's trusted guide from first daydream to touchdown at home. You will work directly with discerning private clients to design bespoke luxury itineraries, private island buyouts, yacht charters and singular architectural retreats, with the autonomy to build your own book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold unhurried discovery conversations to understand each client's vision, occasion, dates, budget and travel rhythm.
• Curate tailored itineraries: private stays, safari and island escapes, cultural access, charters and seamless transit.
• Present clear, transparent proposals covering total cost, inclusions, supplier details and verified cancellation policies before any booking is confirmed.
• Coordinate with our supplier liaisons, flight desk and back office to deliver flawless execution, VIP airport handling and special touches.
• Protect client confidentiality at all times, including strict NDA handling for high-profile and private clients.
• Build lasting relationships and repeat business, and share feedback that helps us improve every journey.
• Maintain accurate client records and branded itineraries in the Amoura Atelier workspace and CRM.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2+ years in luxury travel advising, high-touch concierge or premium hospitality.
• A proven book of high-net-worth clients, or demonstrated ability to generate your own clients through outbound curation.
• Deep destination knowledge and a clear philosophy of curated, personal travel.
• Impeccable written etiquette, discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Self-directed and organised, comfortable working remotely across time zones and with international suppliers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with East Africa safaris, Indian Ocean islands or private aviation and yacht charters.
• Additional languages and existing relationships with luxury suppliers.

Our Selection Process

Stage 1 Asynchronous video introduction and your destination curation philosophy.

Stage 2 Bespoke 7-day Amalfi and St. Moritz mock itinerary scenario (client budget: USD 45,000).

Stage 3 Live 30-minute Atelier strategy session with the founders.
