VP of Engineering,

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP of Engineering to lead and scale our technical organization. In this role, you will partner closely with executive leadership to align our technology roadmap with core business strategy, mentor high-performing engineering teams, and drive technical excellence across architecture, infrastructure, and deliverability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 15+ software, QA, and DevOps engineers.

• Oversee the architecture, design, and execution of cloud-native, scalable software products.

• Implement modern Agile practices, code review standards, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and executive stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and resource allocation.

• Foster an inclusive, high-ownership engineering culture focused on quality and performance.

Required Qualifications & Tech Stack:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, Director, or Head of Engineering).

• Deep hands-on experience with modern cloud ecosystems (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices).

• Strong expertise in modern backend stack (Python, Node.js, Go, or Java) and web architecture.

• Proven track record scaling engineering teams in high-growth startup or SaaS environments.

• Exceptional communication skills and strategic executive presence.
